Management means control, domination, monitoring and responsibility in its broad form, with a stable concept that is not disputed, as everyone agrees on the tasks of the manager, and what is the work of management, and it is divided into several main sections, upper management, middle management and lower management, upper management is the founder of the rest of the departments that it controls, and all of them are included under it, and we may take many lines if we talk about all aspects of management, but we can address the subject from the manager's side, as he is the driving element in the whole issue, and they have addressed this subject in detail and from different aspects, so we will limit ourselves to the useful things and summarize them and add other things. - Be polite with everyone
The link between you and your workers or employees is good manners, as people see your actions before your words, and evaluate your performance through several steps, the most important of which is that your behavior with them is good. If it is ugly, they will run away from you like a bullet runs away from its home, and if your behavior is good, kind and polite, you will pull them towards you without them noticing. You yourself should look at the difference between the two issues. Good manners are what create strong bonds with others. Your management's primary success lies in your management of the work first, accompanied by good manners. If those you manage love you, you will be very happy and lucky, and this love will be reflected in the work's outcome. Try this and be one of the witnesses, as praising employees is extremely important to you and to the work. If relations between the manager and those under his management become tense, the consequences will be very dire, and the work will fail as a whole. Strengthen the relationship and bear the difficulties and violations that they issue, and be smiling and far from fanaticism and harshness, as they will not do anything important for you. The work may be done if you are rough in dealing, but if you expect creativity and sophistication, this will not happen, and it is a studied result, not a kind of theorizing, because you will not reach those with you with your thought and culture if it is not mixed with good morals, virtues, and public and private manners. I remember that in school we loved the teacher who respected us and treated us as his children and loved ones, and we used to wait for some lessons to come not out of love for the subject or desire for it, but for the teacher who teaches it, because he respected everyone, and we did not hear from him a harsh word or an inappropriate expression. With these morals, he instilled in our souls the love of the lesson and the value of the teacher, because the director is exactly like the teacher who gives scientific material to dozens of students, even though his job is broader and deeper, and we found people who travel from distant cities for their work, and when we asked them about the reason for covering this distance even though they are able to work in their places, they answered us: because they have a close relationship with the employer and the director or their direct supervisor.
