A successful manager is one who thinks about work, not about himself and his personality. Wherever the interest of work is, he is with it. However, if he starts looking for individuals and personalities, he will not reach serious and distinguished work. If employees feel their value and the importance of their presence, their work will increase, their morale will rise, and their orientations will differ. However, if the manager neglects them, each one of them will feel frustrated and lack the desire to work. So, manager, create a beautiful atmosphere between you and your employees. You will find the sweetness of work and the sophistication of achievement and creativity entering your home and circle. Do not spoil the atmosphere with individualism and selfishness. Make them remember you well. Offer them what you can offer. Gather them and talk to them. Please their feelings. Smile in their faces. Be gentle with them while maintaining your administrative personality. Seek inspiration from bees and ants in their work. You can hardly distinguish one individual from another. Everyone works as one cell, each one of them in his mission. This atmosphere has important factors, but the most important of them is that the manager and the one who assumes the position of responsibility have high awareness and insightful thinking.
