Make them remember you well. Offer them what you can offer. Gather them and talk to them. Please their feelings. Smile in their faces. Be gentle with them while maintaining your administrative personality. Seek inspiration from bees and ants in their work. You can hardly distinguish one individual from another. Everyone works as one cell, each one of them in his mission. This atmosphere has important factors, but the most important of them is that the manager and the one who assumes the position of responsibility have high awareness and insightful thinking.
