There are several ways that lead you to success in notifying others of their importance, which are:
1- Convince yourself only once, but forever, that all others are important and let your conviction be sincere, and make sure that those who influence others are those who believe in the importance of these others and see them as really important people.
2- Direct attention to them through observing them and what they do. If you do that, you give them your compliments, that is, you acknowledge their importance, and thus provide a great boost to their morale, and when an individual recognizes our importance, we become friendlier and more cooperative with him.
3- Tell them that they left a good impression on you, and the best way to do that is to make them realize that they have influenced you and that they have left an impression on you.
