Several factors affect the moral upbringing of a person, the most important of which are:
First: The family:
Its role is great in building and maturing the personality. The importance of the family in this area lies in the fact that it plays two important roles:
- The role of a role model.
- And the role of emotion.
These two roles have an impact in leaving their prominent features on the person's behavior; Psychologists have considered the family to be one of the most important influences in shaping a person's nature and personality. The influence of parents from an educational perspective is one of the greatest influences in raising a child at the beginning of his life.
Second: School:
At the age of six, a child enters school, where he learns new abilities in this world and opens his eyes to different manners, natures and traditions. These new circumstances lead to some children falling under the influence of the teacher's personality, to the point that they imitate him and wish to become like him.
Third: Friends:
What is meant by them are the child's peers with whom he socializes, plays with, finds comfort in, and exchanges secrets. The influence of friends is no less than that of others, to the point that their influence sometimes exceeds that of the father and mother, especially during the years of puberty and when disagreements and quarrels occur between the parents.
Fourth: Society:
The social environment in which children grow up should be free of corruption. All outlets of violence, robbery, conflict and disintegration must be closed within society, especially for girls, for whom it is necessary to provide a suitable atmosphere within society; because they will be directly affected by it, and thus it will negatively affect the upbringing and preparation of generations.
