Entering the house in a nervous mood makes you rush to open a court to control and monitor problems, or to open files that do not concern the family, such as talking about work problems, for example, or to be sensitive about anything your wife says!

One of the researchers mentioned that there was a couple who turned to a family counselor to avoid the effect of fatigue on their mood. She gave them useful advice and a program to overcome fatigue after work. She advised the husband to enter the house through the back door instead of the front door when he returned from work, and then take a bath for fifteen minutes to relax. And if it is possible, sit in a garden until you relax, or in a place that allows you to meditate, read the Qur’an, listen to clips of a trainer in human development, drink juice, or eat something... What is important is the presence of a sincere desire to relax and calm the nerves. The starting point is conscious awareness of its importance in overcoming the effects of fatigue before you enter the house.
